Paperless - Quality Control

Quality Control	The Quality Control (QC) Department at Paperless is our most prized capability. We Inspect, Test, Prevent and Correct until your product meets your requirements. Our stringent Quality Control process is followed for every job, regardless of size.
	Your information assets are extremely valuable. We handle each conversion with dedication and care, as if it were our own. Our bonded and secure employees will guard your data and ensure its accuracy while it is in our possession.
	Using a Total Quality Management (TQM) approach, our QC technicians, will inspect all material at each step of our conversion process and will personally sign off on it. We employ the concept of Independent Verification and Validation on all document imaging and conversion projects. A technician, independent of the originator, will check his/her work.
	For example, if your project includes OCR, we will have one person correct the OCR errors, another will read the original material and compare it to the OCR version, and still another will actually test the final product.

Security	Security includes documents, personnel and facilities.
	All documentation is carefully tracked and accounted for. As documentation is received at our facility it is logged in, assigned a production number, counted and batched prior to being processed.
	Our employees have gone through security and background checks and extensive training. All employees must sign employment agreements which includes confidentiality and non-disclosure clauses.
	Our facilities are secured and fire-safe. Access to client data is afforded on a need-to-know basis. All processing rooms are security locked. Video monitoring, if required, is available.
